A major player in the UK and Irish animal health sector, Schering-Plough
Animal Health has a rapidly growing product range for the farm animal,
companion animal, poultry, aquaculture and trade sectors. Product strengths
include biologicals and antibiotics.
Schering-Plough Animal Health use the Cottrills points based Aspirations
platform as a mechanic to incentivise agricultural merchants sales staff
to sell worming products to farmers.
Associate Brand Manager, Claire Timoney, agreed to answer a few questions for us.
“The target sales staff are detailed on the scheme in November and then have to register to take part. Points are awarded on an individual basis according to the volume of product sold during a specified time frame. The brochure is sent to each of the people signed up along with instructions on how to claim their gifts. The gifts are then delivered, usually within 4 weeks of receipt of the order.”
“Awards can be anything from DIY tools to a spa health day, depending on what the individual chooses!”
