Outsource your administration to us, hundreds of our clients already do.

Cottrills can manage the process of recognition on your behalf, allowing your HR function to outsource the implementation and management of the service recognition scheme in its entirety.

All you need to do is notify us with your recipient’s data every month, quarter, half year or year, depending on the frequency of your awards and we will do the rest.

On a predetermined day, we will post out a reward pack to the recipients on your behalf, containing (dependant on scheme) the Aspirations gift brochure or Aspirations Voucher(s) and congratulatory covering letter, including unique log in details (if required).

The beauty is the pack gives the impression that it’s been sent direct from your business and the letter we enclose can be signed off by any senior member of your management team.
